In the summer after the pet blessing service, we meet back at church for our annual picnic/potluck luncheon and fellowship.

Each summer we set up service outside for our annual pet blessing service. All of God’s creatures are welcome whether they are furry, scaly, hot blooded, cold blooded, large or small.
We have blessed animals as large as horses and as small as a goldfish in a bowl. Truly, all are welcome!
Chili Cookoff
Each year we host a Chili Cookoff to see who has the best recipe.
The Christus Chili Champ Bowl is awarded to the best chili and passed on annually.
Our current Bowl winner is Terrie Bentle for his “Thai Chili.” Congratulations Terrie!
Christiosos Valentine’s spaghetti dinner
Each year our youth serve a spaghetti dinner on Valentine’s weekend as a fundraiser for their Mission Trip Funds.
Silent Auction - Youth Fundraiser
Our Youth put together a silent auction each year to coincide with the Christiosos Dinner and the Talent/No Talent Show that follows. The money they make from the auction helps to fund their mission trips!
